Founded by students, for students - we understand how frustrating revision can be. That's why we built the platform we wished existed when we were studying.

MarkWise was born out of frustration. As students ourselves, we were tired of spending hours revising, only to realise we were repeating the same mistakes. Traditional revision tools felt either too broad, too rigid, or simply not built for how students actually learn. Past papers were useful - but navigating thousands of questions, mark schemes, and examiner comments manually was exhausting.

We knew there had to be a better way.

So we started building what we wished we had: a platform that didn't just help us revise, but helped us revise smarter. One that pinpointed our weaknesses, learned from our mistakes, and guided us with clear, targeted practice - just like a great tutor would. We realised that by combining cutting-edge AI with real exam data, we could give students an edge that wasn't available before.
