We process your data to deliver study recommendations, detect weaknesses, and offer feedback. Some processing is handled by third-party AI providers like OpenRouter. We do not permit these providers to store or reuse your data.

All content and code related to MarkWise is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without express written permission.

5. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued without prior notice.

MarkWise is an educational support tool, not a guaranteed path to exam performance. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on our tools or AI-generated feedback.
